Girls Gone Strong

Girls Gone STRONG

Well, it’s officially official. It had been official for quite some time but we still had to keep things under wraps until we got a few things sorted out, which we have now. We have unleashed ourselves onto the public which makes things, in Jen-speak, “officially official”!

Girls Gone STRONG.

Great, but…
 What is it?

This is the group of female masterminds that I’ve been diligently working with over the last few months. I have teamed up with 6 of the brightest shining stars in the fitness world to formally create a group that is going to change the way the world views training for women. Each of us have different backgrounds, body types, education and specialties in the fitness industry which is what sets us apart yet also brings us together.
We all have the same mission: To empower, educate, motivate and inspire women (and men) to become stronger, both physically and mentally.

When I think of this group, our potential and our future plans, it gives me chills. These women are not just along for the ride – they are passionate, committed, driven and highly successful. Each of us are blessed to have an impressive following individually, so together we will be unstoppable. To be a part of it humbles me to my core and further fuels my fire to be… better. To become more knowledgeable and to work even harder in order to be an excellent contributor to this amazing group.

“I’m a movement by myself, but I’m a force when we’re together…” – Fabolous
What could possibly make this better? These women are also my friends. That’s right – be jealous, because they are all amazing! We are all meeting up in Baltimore for fun, meetings, and training in exactly 19 days and I can’t wait!
We have some very exciting things in the future and I can’t wait to share them with you. If you’d like to keep up with us before our website launches, you can check out our Facebook fan page by clicking HERE
You can find out more about these six other amazing ladies by clicking on the “info” tab on the Facebook fan page.
“Girls Gone Strong” is spreading like wildfire. We’ve already had the support of Jamie Eason, Rachel Cosgrove, Bret Contreras, Ben Bruno, and many others. The way you currently view strength training for a women is about to permanently change for the better!
If you have any questions or comments about this, please reach out to me. I’d love to hear from you!
Here is a compilation of some of the training we did when we got together last in Cincinnati!

Hey Jen! I'm so excited to hear what you and these ladies are planning for the future! I started a women's strength training class about 6 months ago and am trying to bring this same message to the ladies I work with. We created shirts for the class with the motto "strength is beauty". I look forward to seeing footage from your Baltimore training session.

Zach & Mem, Tasha, and Dana – thank you so much for the support! The girls and I are ecstatic over what we feel we have to offer.

Marianne – thanks girl! Can't wait to see our favorite lass 😉

Bobbi – thanks for your support as well! I love the theme behind your women's strength training class. Strength, both physical and mental, really IS beautiful. I'd love to see your shirts or your class. Do you have any pics or vid footage? Please feel free to share with me!
