Today I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Jim Laird of Maximus Wellness on Blog Talk Radio.

– My flunking out of high school P.E. (over and over and over again.)
– My highest weight ever of 180lbs, which finally forced me into the gym.
– My love of cardio and why it did not, and would not, get me the physique I have now.
– My Figure competition and my battle with a 25 pound rebound.
– Why I love Skinny Bastards from the Westside… or Westside for Skinny Bastards. Same thing.

    awesome interview! I'm in favor of the Yoga for Meatheads! I really like doing yoga stuff for a dynamic warmup and would really like to have some more ideas for that

    Thanks guys! I certainly appreciate the feedback. I'm definitely giving some thought on how to integrate yoga into the lives of my big boy power lifting friends!
