RECIPE: Cookie Dough Balls

Cookie Dough Balls!
These make me want to do my happy dance, I love them so much.  They are a bit calorically dense, but the thing I love about them is that they consist of all whole unprocessed foods!  They are delicious and easy to make, which make them perfect for your kiddos, too.
1 TBSP melted coconut oil
1 TBSP honey
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or vanilla would do)
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, whatever)
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tiny smidge of cold water to wetten the mixture.
Mix all together.
Squish into 10 small balls.
Enjoy.

Have made them twice. Delicious! Just curious Jen…ever try something like stevia in place of the honey? I know the stevia I used to use said 1 packet had the equivalent sweetness of something like 2 tsp of sugar…but I'm not sure how that translates into honey.

Next time I may just try one packet and see how it is. Thanks for passing along the awesome recipe!

    Hey Paul!
No cooking necessary. These taste just like delicious little chunks of cookie dough!
